Known as a change agent, Ethan has a proven track record of delivering financial results and successful exits by defining strategic priorities, revitalizing company cultures, restructuring organizations, and re-engineering operating processes. His expertise also includes developing technical platforms and fostering teamwork through clear and consistent performance objectives.

Ethan has a global perspective, having worked in Asia, Europe, and South America, and brings a wealth of experience in executive leadership. Currently, he serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) for JumpStart and UH Ventures, where he continues to drive innovation and growth.​

Sean McKibben is an inspirational and optimistic leader with 25 years of senior-level experience, including 16 years as a hospital president. He has a proven track record of leading significant growth initiatives and driving clinical, operational, and financial improvements through strategy execution and operational excellence. With a high degree of emotional intelligence, Sean excels in developing long-term strategies, executing efficient solutions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

His leadership style is characterized by trust-based relationships built on active listening and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. 

Bill Gaussa is the Head of Architecture and Technology at Philips and an executive product leader specializing in product management and solution development. With a wealth of experience in advising companies, Bill excels at guiding executive teams to find a winning path forward. He works closely with them to create robust business plans, develop exciting strategies, craft successful investment pitches, and build competitive product roadmaps. His expertise in architecture and technology drives innovation and growth, making him a key figure in shaping the future of products and solutions.

​Rear Admiral Pamela Miller brings more than 30 years of military medical leadership to ScopeMed. She was commissioned in the Navy Reserve Nurse Corps in 1989 after earning a BS and MA in Nursing from the University of Iowa, and later earned her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University through the Navy Health Professions Scholarship Program. As Command Surgeon for U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, she led medical operations and planning for the nation’s largest combatant command. She went on to serve as Vice Chief, Reserve Policy and Integration, at the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. Her awards include two Legion of Merit awards and four Meritorious Service Medals. At ScopeMed, she serves as military liaison and advises on clinical deployment.

Joe Lewarski is Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. He is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care, and has held healthcare leadership roles for more than 40 years. He has helped design and develop numerous portable and stationary oxygen concentrators and oxygen-conserving devices, and before Drive DeVilbiss held senior leadership roles at Omnicare, Inogen, and Invacare. Joe has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers and three textbook chapters, served two terms on the AARC board of directors, including a term as Vice President, and has received the AARC Award for Excellence in Home Respiratory Care and the AAHomcare Homecare Champion Award. At ScopeMed, Joe advises on strategy and industry relations.
